What shipped, when.

Safety and reliability release. Olycen no longer lets a second card overwrite an earlier card's footage, refuses to call a card safe to erase if it has been used since it was offloaded, fails a scan on an unreadable folder instead of skipping it, and no longer crashes on a damaged MXF or journal. A stale transfer engine left over from an older version is restarted automatically, quitting mid-transfer asks first, and the Mac stays awake while a transfer runs.

Fixes a transfer that could fail without a clear reason when a destination disk was under heavy load, and a card scan that gave no sign of progress. The failure reason is now recorded and shown; a scan can be cancelled and shows what it's doing.
