Refund policy

Last updated 29 September 2026.

14 days, no reason needed

If you buy Olycen ($129) and it is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and you will get one. You do not have to explain.

We also offer a free 14-day trial of the full app, so you can find out before you pay — but the refund does not depend on whether you used it.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address you bought with, and include your order number from the Lemon Squeezy receipt. Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, to the original payment method. Timing after that depends on your bank or card issuer.

After a refund

Olycen activates offline from a licence file, so we cannot switch a file off remotely. By taking a refund you agree to stop using that licence and delete the file.

If something is broken

If Olycen does not work as described, write to us first — we would rather fix it. That never affects your right to a refund inside the 14 days.
